My name is Joe Fight… well, my name isn’t really Joe Fight, but there’s a method to my madness. In traditional Muay Thai Boxing, (practicing 8 years and counting) you replace your last name with the name of your gym. My gym is Fight Fit Bootcamp hence the name Joe Fight.Practicing Muay Thai kick boxing kept me in great shape, in very little time because of its high intensity. Also having to lose 10 lbs. in a matter of days to make weight for my fights were never fun, so I developed habits to stay close to my fighting weight while still eating the foods I love. Quick Kick boxing workouts have kept me feeling energized and in fight fit shape, literally.Through my understanding of the human body, I designed a program meant to get you fit and healthy, all while using practical kick boxing and MMA techniques. After fine tuning this program, my clients were getting in great shape and learning to kick ass at the same time!!!

In the span of 8 weeks, I’ve lost 2 inches off my waist, 1.5 in off my hips, body fat down nearly 3% and strength increased 32 points! The exercises are always different and are a lot of fun because there is a ton of interaction compared to boring conventional gyms. I get constant support and motivation from others and a knowledgeable instructor to answer my questions.   1. Do I need need any experience in kickboxing?
    Nope, matter of fact, many of our students that have lost tons of weight had none when they started. Not only have they learned basic kickboxing and MMA techniques, they burned fat doing it!
  2. Do you offer group and private classes?
    We offer both types of classes based on your schedule and instructor availability.
  3. How many people are in a group class?
    Classes will range between 15-30 people. The larger the class, the more instructors to help out.
  4. Will there be other beginners in my class?
    Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you get you on your way!
  5. Will you help me with my nutritional habits?
    Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions. We offer monthly seminars and have a bi-monthly newsletter with recipes and nutritional tips.
  6. Is your class a ‘cardio kickboxing’ class?
    Our class is not a “follow the leader/punch the air” cardio class. It is a well-balanced workout consisting of cardio training and resistance training to help you burn fat and tone muscle in a short amount of time.
  7. Will your kickboxing class help me tone up?
    The combination of cardio, resistance training and proper diet (which we will help you with!) will help you tone up very quickly.
  8. How many classes per week should I attend?
    We have classes 5 days a week so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members train about 1-3 times per week and see great results.
  9. Why can’t I just do some ‘cardio’ instead of kickboxing?
    You can absolutely just do cardio BUT without the right amount of resistance training, you won’t see the results you’re looking for as quickly and effectively. Cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program but you need to develop lean muscle tissue to really turn your body into a fat melting machine. The only really effective way to do that is through resistance training, which is exactly what our Kickboxing class does. We combine Cardio and Resistance training into one super fat-burning-muscle-sculpting-fun workout!
  10. Do I need to ‘get in shape’ before I start you classes?
    A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting kickboxing training. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train at their own pace while at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.
  11. What kind of equipment do I need?
    For your first class, just bring your workout clothes, a towel and water and get ready to kick butt! Going forward, I strongly suggest investing in a pair of hand wraps or boxing gloves to heighten the experience and not to mention, better for hygiene.   12. How long do the kickboxing classes last?
    Our classes last approximately 60 minutes.
